    This morning I went onto the AA Route planner, highlighted the directions, clicked "print" and looked at the "print preview". Everything looked just fine. I could even enlarge the text.

    Not a waste of my time, except we really did not learn anything. But I am glad it seems to be working now. Thanks for the followup.

    I guess I am not certain what the problem is yet - is it acting like "zoom" is enabled and you are only seeing a section of the full screen?

    Does print preview appear correctly?
