Adding to favorites folder problems in Internet Explorer
When adding websites to favourites folder, Internet Explorer either crashes, or it takes a few minutes or seconds to save, I have been trying to get this function back to its previous speed which it had in the past, I also had a different ISP. I have tried many things such as re-installing Internet Explorer and software and reseting Internet settings. Might this have something to do with my Internet ISP connection, which is the 02 modem dial up broadband connection.? Would appreciate any advise.

Was your previous ISP also "Dial-up"?
What is your operating system? What version of IE?
As to times when it "crashes" look in your Event Viewer for details:

Check your Event Viewer via Administrative Tools.
Open the System as well as Application tabs and look for red X errors that coincide with your problem. Details here:
