TV Out Not Working on HP Pavilion Desktop :/

As you can probably guess from the title, this thread is about an HP Pavilion...
I have a Pavilion 7910, which has a small card in it, which has composite, svid, and speaker connections on it. The wires go to the board - speaker goes to the connection which the internal speaker usually goes to, and the other wire goes to a little chip about 2 inches by 1 inch, which is risen above the board connected by pins. There is a sticker on the small card which says "Video/Spkr Riser Card 22-10726-02 Rev A"
I cannot get it to work nohow. It's set to PAL in the BIOS, and my TV is PAL. However, I can't find it listed anywhere in Device manager... (WinXP SP2)

Any help would be grateley appreciated,

    Hey Paul!

You're sure that you've configured your Screen Settings properly? Maybe it won't appear in the device manager, but instead you can just right-click on your desktop, go to Properties then Settings tab and enable the "second screen"? Also maybe there is a function key that can switch the desired output between your screen and TV out!?

Any unrecognized devices in Device Manager? Normally if it was not working properly it would either have a question mark or an exclamation mark next to itself, assuming it's enabled in BIOS!

    Let me know

    Cheers!

    Hi,
    Thanks for the reply,

There doesnt appear to be any option for a 2nd screen on the display settings :/

It doesnt appear at all in device manager...
I will double check the BIOS, and I will also try all the keyboard buttons. (I will try shift and F buttons, alt and f buttons etc..)
    Thanks again,
    Paul
