Hello all

I'm having a problem opening Firefox, I click on the icon and it just does nothing, it was working fine earlier. I also have IE and that works fine.

Did you try opening it from your All Programs menu? And or your Program files?

If all these fail I'd suggest reinstalling it.

I've tried opening it from the start menu but I'm not sure where to locate programe files

My Computer > C: > Program Files > Mozilla (or Firefox) I presume.

Ok Jephree I found it, it still didn't work, reinstalled firefox but it still will not open

At that point I would uninstall it and clean the registry before trying to reinstall again.

If this is the same laptop you are having problems with the issue could be beyond Firefox.

Probably.

You can probably find them if you look into the program files.

You should be able to at least extract them in text from there.

Ok, I've had some success, I uninstalled and re-installed firefox, I didn't lose my book marks but now Firefox opens with a large grey area at the bottom (see image) and my bookmarks dont open up immediately.
