Hi all,
have a problem using Charter webmail - whenever i compose an email and select my addresses - the intial address book page appears immediately, but any other page i request, takes over a minute, sometimes 2 minutes to appear. This is extremely frustrating. When just selecting the address book to edit/add/or delete entries - no problems, all entries appear quickly.
Charter folks said they tried it on their end, and no problems. They told me it's a Java application issue and to contact them. I've tried to contact them, but no luck yet - there website is not for endusers and no good contact number available.

Any ideas?
