Hi,
I have come across many ways and methods to encode your email address on your website to stop spam bots / harvesters from discovering your email address and sending spam to you. There are so many though that I'm not sure which to go for.

Check out Mail-SpamAssassin-3.2.4 -- has anyone used this?

Does anyone have experience of using a particular proven method?

Looks a bit iffy. Do you need it - I mean, lots of people put something like, eg. bob at hotmail dot co dot uk

that system does not work - the email harvester bots can still figure out your email address.
