    Outlook Express 6 woes

I find that if I open outlook express to read my mail, after almost reaching the end of downloading all the mail, ' OE ' gives the impression that all mail has been downloaded, ( mail appears to stop loading) but when you go to close the tab, it tells me that OE is still downloading mail. This can go on indefinately, until I ALT/CTL/DELETE and kill the program manualy.
Then I have to go through the same process every time I read my mail, except that every time I open the program, I have to continualy download the same spam/crap everytime( think Im now up to @ 16500 messages so it takes around an hour).
I have Outlook Express 6 currently in use.

    My ISP is Orange/Wanadoo.

They provide no spam filter, so I am inundated with the junk.
I use AVG which does scan mail for viruses.

As far as I can see from the webmail site, my ISP is not compaitible with there service yet.

Save 20% on AVG Internet Security 2012 Suite!
After hearing previous reports about orange broadband support/estimated broadband use problems, I dont think I'll bother approaching them.
Ive downloaded Mailwasher, and Im slowly getting through the backlog of 19,000 odd emails, since last Friday!
The only problem I get is that my popserve account? keeps becoming locked for some reason, so I have to go through the mail at around 1000 a time to try to prevent this from happening.

Hopefuly I'll have it sorted by tomorrow evening.
