When I go into IE, another blank page appears, it then says navigation to the web page has been cancelled and this appears in the address bar: res://iefram.dll/navcancl.htm. I X the blank page and then I can carry on browsing but the blank page keeps coming back. It also appears as a blank IE page in Mozilla Firefox. Can anyone help please as this is really annoying me.

I'm going thru a similar problem. My home page is set as blank and I can't change it. Have you tried to set your home page in IE options.
