sent items list in oe6
for some reason, for the last two weeks, all the mails sent by me to different addresses do not appear in the "sent items" folder in my oe6.
what happened and how to correct it?
please advise

I'm not sure but have you tried opening going to Tools >> Options >> Send >> and see if save copy of sent message in the sanr items folder is clicked?

thanks brain_damage, but no. all the boxes in the "send" menu are checked.

I'd suggest deleting the sent items file which will create a new one.
Do this with OE closed.
If you have sent items you need to preserve here is the backup procedure:

Then go to start > search > .dbx
You probably need to have hidden files chosen as well as system files.
These options are in start > Control Panel > Folder Options > View > Advanced settings
This will show all the OE folders including Sent Items.dbx
Right click this and choose Delete.
This will delete all sent items but the file will be recreated upon restarting OE.
Hopefully this will restore its functionality.
