    Shockwave/Flash Player help

    Hi. New to this forum. I have 2 WinXPSP2 machines. Laptop will load & play jigsaw puzzle from shockwave.com, as well as display ads, etc. Desktop will not load & play jigsaw puzzle & ads don't display. Using Firefox & no ad-blocker installed, that I know of. I have d/l'd uninstallers for SW & FP multiple times, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooting between steps, defrag, etc. Have latest versions of each, plus the usual Zone Alarm, AVG (both allowing access), Spybot, Ad-aware.

    Any ideas as to what's stopping the puzzle??

    Have you tried installing shockwave player then loading up your browser?

    Once that is installed (or during) do you get any errors? Have you tried loading up with IE if firefox dosen't work? Can other sites such as www.addictinggames.com load the flash games?
