Hi guys,

I was on earlier about 6ish or 615pm when my comp decided to start downloading a spy thingy without even asking me, so i turned off the comp before it had time to finish as it wouldn't let me cancel! Now, when i turn it on the fan is whirring away like theres no tomorrow and when i press ctrl alt delete, it says that the performance is CPU usage 100%. everything is loading really slowly. I have just looked in program files and theres 2 new folders in there, one called Network Monitor containing netmon.exe and another called WinAble containing winable.exe and when i click properties on these folders they were created tonight at around 6 o'clock?!

Is there anything i can do to get rid of this?
