I have an e.mail address that I use to accept orders for handmade cards
a previous contact has sent me an e.mail but I can't read it
when I click on it I just get a blank screen with the word done in the bottom left hand corner
it won't let me write a new message to her but if I go upstairs on my sons computer I can get straight into the message and read it
the weird thing is I can read some of the messages from other people on my own computer which doesn't seem to make sense
I have followed hotmails advice for sorting out blank messages but it didn't work
any ideas as I can't always get on my sons computer and don't want to lose the chance of sales
please help !!!!!!!!!!!!
my computer knowledge is limited so be kind lol

and to top it all if I do try to read the message it just freezes my computer

youn can also download firefox* (it's a browser same as internet explorer) from
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ and to check your mails.
