Ok so here's the deal. My computer says that i have and internet connection and i am able to surf the web but when some of my programs such as iTunes and Outlook etc. try to connect, i get a message that says there is no connection. So far I have disabled my firewall and that didn't help. I cleared the DNS and reset my IP addresss and nothing seems to work. please help.
