Hi, I have been on the security website and have ruled out viruses and the like and need help with my internet still. It will disconnect and reconnect often, sometimes with me having to restart the computer to get it to reconnect. It's not a router/server issue, those are always connected. It's just that one minute the internet will let me get on and the next minute it won't. Any ideas?

are you connected wired or wireless?

is it a firewall issue?

I am connected wireless. There's another laptop that is wireless and a desktop that is wired to the wireless router. Both work fine, no problems. How would I know if it is a firewall problem?
