have you saved the log into notepad highlight it all and you should be able to copy.

i have removed the mcafee antivirus(whole program)

and today when i started the pc there was no problem started very quick

i am downloading avg now and will download zonelab and adware

already have spybot and basic registry mechanic

do i need anything else?

no i just couldn't do it

have downloaded the avg and ad-ware and about to download zone alarm

today second time started the pc and its fine i would say normal start up time between 5-10 minutes.
