Hello. I have recently encountered a problem with video sites such as Youtube and Dailymotion. I restarted my computer to fix this problem and after i restarted it was fixed but a few weeks ago the video loading went slow again. It now takes around 4-5 mins for 2 min videos to fully load when it used to only take around 30 seconds.

Also, i have the latest of Adobe Flash player so that can't be the problem.
