For about a week or so I have been haveing trouble with my internet, it has been getting worse and worse and now it is at the point where I can barely use it

The problem is that when I open internet explorer it takes a long time to find my homepage, sometimes it will just say "internet explorer cannot find this page", it's like my internet connection were down but it's not, sometimes it will be working and then the next page I go to will not load up and then I can't surf the internet anymore, if it does work it takes a long time to open the next page, sometimes it helps if I close the internet window and repair my network connection, it also helps if I leave it alone for awhile and come back and try it again, if I keep trying over and over again eventually I can get my homepage to come up

I ran a bunch of anti-spyware programs and I have ad-watch running, I'm not sure if it is spyware or not

I'm sorry if there is already a thread on this, but I can't surf around to look for it because my internet might crash and I'll have to wait a long time to get back on, I also appologize if I don't reply right away, I don't know when I will be able to get on and when I can't
