After I hit the "add comments" section on the blog I am reading I am directed to a new page with 3 boxes. One is for my name. The second says "URL" and the third box is for the comments. I have two questions. First, what do I put in the URL box? Second, how do I actually post or send my comments? There is no box for "submit" or "post".
