cant sign in to Windows messenger

    Unhappy cant sign in to Windows messenger

    Trying to sign in to windows messenger and error code 80048823 keeps appearing. What does it mean?I cant read my emails!!I dont know my alternate email address and my set up security so i cant reset my password...im stuck! Please help me.

    Hi Friend,
    Try uninstalling your windows messenger then installing it again, it worked for me. If it not work format your computer and install everything on your computer again.
