Online video issue

Re: Online video issue
The answer to fixing the problem is on TNT.tv site at:
TNT Support Center
At the very bottom of the web page you can press on the ask.tnt link to get to their Knowledge Base.
Search on "media license".
I did the napster thing as specified (I don't have any DRM files for windows media) and now it works.
FYI, it did another update after I did the DRM_reset.exe.
Good luck.

I am no computer expert but after spending lots of hours researching this problem I may have found some answers. I still can't believe TNT wouldn't just allow their programing on Hulu and avoid all these problems.
It seems dramavision will work with some operating systems and windows media player versions with certain DRM settings, but not all. It has a problem working on firefox, the Video Help topics on the site are of little help, they refer you to Microsoft security component upgrade page that has an upgrade button that is unclickable if you don't have the correct codecs installed.
I found that it would work when using the latest version of Internet Explorer. It would automatically detect the components needed and bring up a dialog box to install them which you must tell the system to allow.
