Hi i hope someone can help me. I have been having problems with my computer especially when i am on the internet. I keep getting the message "local area Connection 2 a network cable is unplugged". When this message shows the computer freezes. I cannot switch the machine off and if i leave it to try and sort itself out the screen just goes black and then i can't do anything with it at all. I have lost count of the number of times this has happened to me today. Please help or i will end up throwing it out of the window

What version of Windows do you have installed?

Have you tried right clicking the connection and choosing the repair option?

Is this a new problem or an ongoing problem?

If it's a new problem have you installed any new hardware or software prior to the problem starting?
