I have a company speedtouch router. Laptop connected to it and works perfectly. I have attached my PC and a connection seems to be established at 100Mbps recorded but no data packets have been transferred (normal?). I have set 'never dial up' and set LAN to auto, seems to find IP address but still cant get IE to connect. I have disabled firewall temporarily and tried different cables, no joy. I have tried to match IP to laptop (+1) but no joy although not 100% sure i got this right. Kids now shouting at me cause they cant get Utube! Any thoughts why?
