my girlfriend is usung dial up but wants to move to broadband, at the moment she is with clara as her isp, but ther broadband seems a little pricey.

At the moment she is undecided between plusnet, virgin, or eclipse.

would be grateful for any advice or recommendations as to what broadband provider would be the best for her, bearing in mind she would be using it just for email and the internet.
