strange "internet explorer cannot display webpage" error

I cannot access Reefcentral.com forums from any computer in my house.

I at first thought it was just my computer, and did all the usual things...clear cookies, history, restart......even did a system restore on my PC back to when it was working. I also double checked my security settings to make sure all was as it should be there in concern to possiblky blocking the site.

I have had friends both make sure that it is not a problem with their webpage, nor have I had my IP or even username banned from the site.

I can access any other web address I try.

I am also getting private messages and email notifications from the site. I at this point have about 10 PM's I havent been able to answer in concern to some live corals that i am selling.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated as I am at a loss of what could be the issue.

    Thanks in advance....

Is it only the forum section you cannot access:

    http://reefcentral.com/forums/index.php?

    Or the site in general:

    http://reefcentral.com/

Thanks...i did that.....still didnt help. I dont know if you caught the part that every computer in the house does this. All connected via the same router. It almost seems as though this website is blocked via my ISP......but i cant imagine how or why........fish and corals are pretty harmless stuff....

I did note that and you might want to ring up your ISP if all else fails.

    Another try from cmd

    ipconfig /release

    followed by

    ipconfig /renew

Also, can you view the site if you use a proxy? Here is one to try.
