SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!! Here's an interesting issue....a friend uninstalled AOL (thank GOD!) and replaced with MSN mail. Now every time he prints an email it's printing the source code first then the email message. All other software including Word, Acrobat, Excel, etc., etc., etc...print just fine. It's just the internet driven MSN email that's printing out source code. Printer has been removed and reinstalled without results. Anyone wanna take a stab at this? I'm at a loss! THANKS!

Sorry for the late response. I was hoping that somebody with a more concrete approach would answer first. But, since they are all on vacation, I take a shot at it:

I do not think your problem is printer related. If it was, you should have had problems with other applications too. I think, it is either in the browser, or has something to do with your MSN settings.

Lets say your friend is using IE. I woudl down load Firefox and try MSN mail thru Firefox. If you do not get the same print problem, then your browser is the problem. Remove IE and use firefox to download IE7 again.

If with firefox you have the same problem, then something in MSN is set wrong. You may want to check the MSN first before going thru firefox.
