When on the Internet, all pop-ups are blocked. I have gone to tools to turn off the pop-up blocker but it is already turned off. I have gone to change all the securities I am using - back and forth I go but nothing changes. I am really frustrated because without being able to view pop-ups - even from sites that I have assigned as safe and assigned to accept pop-ups I can't view and print things like receipts or other important nessecities! Please help - any ideas? Thanks

Perhaps I have a third party blocker or a firewall installed that is creating my problem see previous post - how do I find out if these are installed on my computer?

Is this a new problem? Were you ever able to view these pop-ups?

If you have not knowingly installed a Firewall or Pop-up blocker then you probably do not have such installed.

Do you get any kind of error or message when a pop-up tries to load?
