I cant for the life of me view websites where Java is required. I have Java installed, it is enabled in the advanced tab but it says [require restart], i am using Windows XP and Norton Intenet Security. I have gone through Java's Website Troubleshooting and Windows Troublshooting Website but half of what they say to do and open i dont have, for example windows VM, i cant find that in the security settings. The setting level i have dropped down to Medium (lowest level) but this still doesnt help.

Any Ideas?
