    Problem Accessing a Website

For the past few days, I have been attempting to access Myspace to check for new comments, edit a few things on my profile, etc. However, when I try to go to Myspace, it comes up saying that "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. Most likely causes:

*You are not connected to the internet.
    *The website is encountering problems.
*There might be typing error in the adress."

I have checked the above multiple times and have found nothing wrong. I then proceeded to searching Myspace on Google, thinking it might work if I click a link instead. I found I can access some of Myspace, but nothing that allows me to sign in.

But this is where the problem lies. I CAN ACCESS EVERYTHING ELSE PERFECTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have any idea what may be causing this or how I can fix it, please let me know.

    Thank you!

Myspace is a very buggy web site.

I get the same issue 50% of the time.

Usually clearing cookies is a first step. If you get the IE error refresh the page. This is often what I have to do.

OK. I tried clearing cookies and refresh the page as you suggested. Unfortunately, neither worked.

Just to ask, my brother is on Geek Squad at Best Buy and knows more about computers than I'll ever need to know. Do you think there's any way he could of edited some coding that is causing this? Note, I'm not accusing of him of doing so (although frankly I wouldn't be surprised.lol), I just want to know if that's a possibility or if it would have nothing to do with it.

As mentioned I have the same problem 50% of the time.

In my opinion it is a Myspace error/bug.

    Can you get this page:

    http://www.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=splash

Click: Tools > Internet Options > Security > Restricted Sites > Sites

    Is myspace.com listed?

Save 20% on AVG Internet Security 2012 Suite!
It will also have a Restricted Sites section that you can look at.
