    Unhappy "internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close"

    "Internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close" appears every time I close a web page including e-mail....AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 7.0.5730.11 Please help...thank you

    Please post a hijackthis log for the experts to look at.
    Please follow the instructions here and then post your log in a new thread of the Spyware, Adaware, Viruses and hijackthis logs section.
    (Not in this section please.)

    Please specify what issues you appear to be experiencing along with your log.

    Save 20% on AVG Internet Security 2012 Suite!
    I get this error message every time I turn on my computer. It says the problem is with iexplore.exe. I always allow Microsoft to download the various fixes. I am using Windows XP. What can I do so that I will not get this error message when I turn on the computer. After I send the error message to Microsoft and click OK IE works properly. Why does it think Internet Explorer is running when I turn on my computer?
