how do you prevent your computer activities being recorded.this includes what internet sites i go on and also what programs i use on the computer. i really need some help.

Whats so bad about being monitored if there's nothing wrong with your habits?

my habits arent bad. they dont allow me to talk to my friends on messenger. spying on my e mail content is not respecting my privacy and so i need to know how to stop them doing this.

I see. They can't get into nor see your email content unless you provide them your username/password, n matter how hard they try. Its made for privacy.

Same with MSN etc, unless you save the logs, they have no way of seeing what transpired.

Well, unless they've installed some spyware on the PC of course. And they could potentially read your mail if you have a shared mail account with different sub-accounts for each user - they can't get into your mail if your use Hotmail or something like that, as Kazna3 says. And they can easily get an idea of all of the web sites that you've been to if you don't know how to clear the history files (even if you log on with your own username).
