hi, try clicking no because i have found that aol says it will not function properly if you do not intall these files or restart computer and really, it does.... it might mean that not everything is supported by the aol browser (e.g flash) but you can use internet explorer or firefox etc as your browser...
Failing that, un-install aol via add/remove programs in the control panel and re-install it again

have you tried using aol dialler? right click on the aol tray icon and click start aol dialler, enter your screen name and password and click sign on.... this connects to the internet without using the memory that aol normally would (so your computer runs slightly faster when connected and playing games)
