I typed regsvr32 OLEPRO32.DLL only. When I gave sfc/scannow It didn't ask either XP disk or any error message.

There is a space between sfc and /scannow

Also you could try to download a new OLEPRO32.DLL here:

http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-.../download.html

After installing the OLEPRO32.DLL, I was able to install the CCleaner. Now it is working is fine.Thank you very much for helping me to over come this problem.
