    slow broadband browsing

    Can you help?? My broadband connections are fine according to btyahoo but it takes ages to download pages and surf the net for the last few days. I have NORTON and have run a full scan. There is no virus, spywares etc.. I have deleted all cookies, files, history. I have restore the system to two weeks ago but there is no change whatsoever. HELP PLEASE
