My computer is running really slow. I 've run virus checks (Norton, AVG) but there werent any viruses detected. I have also run the spyware(Spybot, Adaware) and had alot of tracking cookies etc which i delete. However it is still running extremely slow. I tried to browse the internet today using internet explorer and couldnt. Kept saying: \WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm. I then tried the sbc/yahoo browser and it worked fine. I recently download hijackthis however could not understand how to rermove alot of the items that needed fixing. Please help......I work from home so I need to be able to access the internet as well as use my computer efficiently.
