when I try to upload a photo to ebay, i click choose and it give me the wrong folder to choose my photo from, instead of my pictures it tries to choose from "bin" how to revert to default , my pictures, being the source of the upload?!?!

What version of windows are you using? I'm guessing you get the choice to change the folder view enabling you to locate the correct folder?
