I just decided to try Netscape after 3 years of avoiding it. I like what they did so far except one big piece of insane programming. When in a web based chat or on any web site for that matter the "Backspace" key is programmed to go back to the previous opened web page. In doing so it is impossible to use in a chat program as you end up backing out of the chat instead of erasing the typo you just wrote.

Is there a way to disable this major foul up!! TIA
