can anyone help.
just transfered from old pc to new laptop.
everything seems fine exept that i am getting a red x and a blank square instead of a picture on any emails that i receive.
i have compared information from my old pc(windows me)and things seem the same.
but i must be missing something.
any help would be great.

are you using outlook express?

go to Tools >> options >> Security and check to see if block images is checked

yes it was ticked so i unticked it and it is ok.
