My friend has been unable to get online since around 5 yesterday. He has performed a system restore, vrius checks of all sorts, and reinstalled his modem stuff. He called his isp and was informed that hte problem is on his end. When he attempts to log on, he gets the error message "the computer's modem is blocked from connecting." Does anyone know how to deal with this problem or have anything else we can check?
