Help,

I just started using DSL, on an older PC running Windows 2000 Pro, and whenever I try to go to my internet banking, or login to my college account, I get the message below. Do i need to update Explorer or what. I belive it has something to do with running 128-bit security, but don't have a clue how to update mine to 128.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
2e
