Hello, I have a problem with my AIM screen name. I have AIM and not AOL. My problem is, I have my password and I need to change it, however, it asked for my security answer which I have no idea about what it could be...I don't know how I can get around this...can anyone offer any assistance in any possible or sure fire ways of getting around this or retrieving it?
