    Question cbxyv.dll

    Help please. Every 2 minutes I get a message from Winpatrol that a new IE add-on has been installed and do I accept it, this C:\WINDOWS\system32\cbxyv.dll. It does not appear when I search the computer and I thus cannot delete it. Can anyone assist as to what it does or where it comes from?
