I initiated a download of a freeware product, changed my mind and cancelled out of it. Now whenever I sign into AOL (9.0 Security Edition) I get a popup with the following:

Do you want to run or save this file?
Name: module_connexion_beta5.exe
Type: Application, 398 KB
From: ftp.cs.com
RUN SAVE CANCEL
No matter which of the options I choose, RUN, SAVE or CANCEL, I keep getting this popup the next time I sign into AOL. Is there an AOL startup panel where I have to uncheck something?
