Try a System Restore to a point prior to IE7:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Otherwise you need to reinstall IE6. If you have SP2 then you need to unninstall then reinstall SP2.

If you have SP1: Windows XP and Windows XP SP1: Edit the registry and install Internet Explorer 6
