internet going slow

internet going slow
My internet was working fine and then i put msn messenger in it.I then removed messenger and now my internet is going at a snails pace and im on broadband.I have cleaned my system up checked for spyware and done anti virus but it is still going slow and the page takes ages to load up.
Any idea what msn has done to it?

There could few possibility that y ur ie is going slow
>check for your broadband speed i.e is connecting speed
>delete cookies, temp internet files
>check for the firewall.If it is norton or mcafee than try to disable it
