Hey, I have same problem as well. I did find something strange in HiJackThis though (Click Here to View Thread). I did try System Restore, but they all have the same problem (strange too because it only happened today and not those other days). Everytime I go to Tools > Options on FireFox, I get a "firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." While waiting for a responce, do you know any other tips that may help me solve this problem?

Best to wait on the HijackThis Pros. They should reply within 24 hours.
After they give you an all clear post back here with any outstanding issues.

The "firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" got fixed from the new Firefox patch 1.5.0.4. Thanks anyways D-A-L crew and jephree!
