I myself have been having the EXACT same problem. And i found out it was Panda Anti-Virus causeing part of the problem. WHen I close out Panda I only have NTDLL.DLL errors.

    My event viewer shows....

Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x00011f6c.
