Hi, I am unable to launch Internet Explorer. When I double click on icon, nothing happens.
I also have Mozilla and this works fine.

What version of Windows & IE? Have to tried repairing IE?

My friend has the same problem, this also puzzled me, but what is different is the fact that IE can launch but links always open in new windows, i've tried disabling it in internet tools.
