Hi everyone,
Hope you can help my friend. His pc will only boot in safe mode - can't get on internet.
I haven't any more details than that right now, sorry but any ideas about what he can do next? I've suggested going onto Add/Remove Programs for Internet Explorer and select the Repair Internet Explorer but other than that I haven't a clue.

What is the Operating System? What disks does he have?

If this is XP and it is a new problem have him try a System Restore.
