Hey this is my first time on here and last night i had a virus came in. I freaked out and i deleted my part of the server off. I have to admins on my com. One is mine and my other one is my sister's. So I tried to update my firewall and for some reason it said something like "due to an unexplained problem, we cannot update" and usually I always go you www.gaiaonline.com and now i can't see anything but a blank screen and also i I installed another admin on the same com and when i go on there, it's giving all giberish on it. I don't know alot about computers and i really need help.

Please specify what issues you appear to be experiencing along with your log.

thanks but it was a real virus and it a affecting my com whenever i had the internet on and so i got it repaired in a day and got a new update on my anti-virus.
