    checking download amount

    How can I check how many mb I have downloaded when on the internet?
    I have restricted usage & it would be expensive to go much beyond the initial 70 mb which I am allowed just for emails etc.

    I'm in the states and don't have any limitations on downloads, but it seems to me your ISP (Interenet Service Provider) would have information on this on thier website. If not I would suggest you check the size of each download and save a tally in notepad or somewhere. HTH
